All Lifetime Threads products are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping Times

After processing, most U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided using the email address entered at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Lifetime Threads is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at robertqawargroup@gmail.com so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

Made-to-Order Products

Because our apparel is produced specifically when an order is placed, processing and delivery times may occasionally vary during periods of high demand.
